Montgomery Drive closed beginning Wednesday

HAMILTON, ON - September 13, 2017 Update: Due to excessive rock encountered during sewer installations, Montgomery Drive will remain closed weekdays for another six to eight weeks (Early to mid-November).

The City of Hamilton will be closing Montgomery Drive between Wilson Street East and Old Dundas Road for long-term construction due to a large deep sewer installation.

The closure will begin on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 7 am.

Throughout this period, Montgomery Drive will be closed to all traffic during the weekdays and open for the weekends each Friday, at noon, to westbound traffic only.

The City of Hamilton thanks residents for their patience during this closure.
