Portion of Fruitland Road closed beginning tomorrow

HAMILTON, ON – To safely complete sewer repairs, the City of Hamilton will fully close Fruitland Rd between Hwy 8 and Barton St beginning Thursday, May 6 at 7 am for approximately two days.  

The closure is expected to wrap up on or before Friday, May 7 at 6 p.m.

Motorists should allow extra time and plan alternate routes.

Local access will be maintained.

HSR will not be impacted by the closure.

Businesses in the area will remain open throughout the duration of the repairs.
