Recruitment now open for the Hamilton Anti-Racism Resource Centre board of directors
HAMILTON, ON - Are you passionate about anti-racism? Beginning today, community leaders can apply to join the Hamilton Anti-Racism Resource Centre’s (HARRC) inaugural board of directors. Potential candidates will be recommended to the Hamilton City Council for final approval.
The HARRC will promote a sense of belonging for racialized people in Hamilton. Individuals impacted by racism and other forms of race related oppression can access information, support and resources.
The role of the HARRC’s board of directors is to guide and provide oversight to the vision, mandate and business operations of the centre. If you live or work in Hamilton and are a passionate community leader, please consider applying for this opportunity.
