Resolution reached in Sarcoa litigation

HAMILTON, ON - With the assistance of Regional Senior Justice Harrison Arrell, the parties to this matter including 1869612 Ontario Inc. o/a Sarcoa, Marco Faiazza, Salvatore (Sam) Destro, the City of Hamilton, and the Hamilton Waterfront Trust were able to amicably resolve the litigation between them relating to "Sarcoa".  No further comment will be made.
