Rolling lane closures on Red Hill Valley Parkway beginning on Monday

HAMILTON, ON – Beginning Monday evening, the City of Hamilton will be installing new recessed pavement markers along the Red Hill Valley Parkway (RHVP) in both directions between the Greenhill Avenue and Dartnall Road off ramps.

The work will require rolling lane closures beginning on Monday, July 16 until approximately Tuesday, July 24, pending weather. The lane closures will take place between 9 pm and 5 am from Sunday through Thursday only.

The new recessed pavement markers – also known as cat eyes – will replace the existing aged markers and will improve visibility for motorists traveling through the area in the dark.
