Statement by Mayor Fred Eisenberger on the passing of Kenneth Edge

HAMILTON, ON - It is with sadness that we share the passing of former City of Hamilton Ward 8 Alderman, Kenneth Edge.

Kenneth served as an alderman for 14 years beginning in 1970. In addition to his lengthy community service tenure, Ken was a proud entrepreneur, businessman and Bowling Hall of Fame inductee. He leaves behind his two children, Linda and Patti, along with their spouses and his six grandchildren and one great grandchild.

The flag at City Hall will be lowered to half-staff. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 10 am, at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
