‘Tis the Season: Christmas tree installations begin this morning at Dundas Memorial Square
HAMILTON, ON – The search for this year’s Christmas tree centerpieces is over! Beginning this morning, parks crews will begin placing the winning Christmas trees, starting with Memorial Square in Dundas to officially kick off the holiday season in the city.
Every year, the City asks residents to donate the perfect tree to be displayed at one of three locations across Hamilton – Gore Park, City Hall, and Memorial Square in Dundas. This year the City received over 40 submissions.
Christmas tree installations will take place on:
- Memorial Square, Dundas: Thursday, November 12
- City Hall: Friday, November 13
- Gore Park: Thursday, November 19
Virtual ceremonies will take place later in November and early December.
