Two positive cases of COVID-19 at the Hamilton Farmers’ Market
HAMILTON, ON - The City of Hamilton and the Hamilton Farmers’ Market are advising residents that two individuals working at a stall in the Hamilton Farmers’ Market have tested positive for COVID-19.
The individuals last worked at the Hamilton Farmers’ Market on April 8, 2021 and are currently in self-isolation.
Although the individuals were working with the appropriate face masks and had physical distancing measures in place, the City of Hamilton and the Hamilton Farmers’ Market are advising the community of these positive test results out of an abundance of caution.
A thorough cleaning has taken place at the Market and there is no interruption to hours of operation.
The Hamilton Farmers’ Market extends its best wishes to the two individuals and hopes for a speedy recovery.
