Update: Hwy 8 Hill in Dundas has re-opened

HAMILTON, ON – Earlier this morning, the City of Hamilton re-opened the Hwy 8 Hill in Dundas after completing substantial repairs over the last month.  

The access was closed on October 2 due to significant erosion caused by rain and groundwater.

The City thanks motorists for their patience and cooperation as we work to ensure continued public safety along the escarpment roadways.
