Notice of Collection
The City of Hamilton collects information under authority of Section 5 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.7. Any information collected for condom ordering services will be used to assess eligibility to receive condoms and inform our understanding of ordering trends in the community. By providing your email address and/or phone number, you are consenting to receiving emails and/or phone calls from the City of Hamilton. Information collected for this initiative is stored on servers in Canada and is be subject to Canadian law.
