Time to have your say, City launches resident satisfaction survey
HAMILTON, ON - The City of Hamilton invites residents to participate in its Our City Survey, a city-wide resident satisfaction survey that begins today. The survey feedback is an important contributor in helping the City identify and prioritize areas for improvement in the delivery of municipal services.
“The City of Hamilton is committed to continuous improvement and service delivery excellence. Knowing how residents rate our services is important. Results from the Our City Survey will be used to improve future service delivery. I encourage residents to participate in the survey and make their voices heard.” - Janette Smith, City Manager
The City has partnered with Metroline Research Group to administer the telephone survey in all 15 wards. Metroline Research Group will call a random sample of Hamilton residents in each ward to complete the survey over the phone. This includes cellphones and landlines. The random telephone survey sample will provide results that are representative of Hamilton residents. Residents who receive calls are encouraged to share their feedback.
- The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and will be running until mid-December 2019.
- The survey is also available online to all Hamilton residents at www.hamilton/OurCitySurvey.
