HSR Detours for Santa Claus Parade
On November 16, there will be HSR route detours for the Hamilton Santa Claus Parade:

Bus Stop Changes
Effective September 1, 2024, these bus stop changes will be in effect.
Route 11 Parkdale
- Stop “Paramount opposite Pembroke” will now be known as “Valley Park Loop”
- Bus Route 11 Parkdale will not be stopping at “Paramount at Valley Park Loop”
Route 18 Waterdown Mountaineer
Route 18 (Northbound and Southbound) will be moved from HOLLYBUSH to CLAPPISON

Route 43 Stone Church
All destination signs for Bus Stops between Saltfleet High School and Valley Park Loop (listed below) will now say “eastbound”

Provides service between Lime Ridge Mall and Mohawk 4 Ice Centre.

Travels east - west from Highland at Saltfleet School to the Meadowlands Terminal. This route interligns with Route 16 - Ancaster.

Route 44 - Rymal (Fall Schedule)
Travels east - west from Stoney Creek Walmart to Ancaster Business Park via Eastgate Square. Glanbrook Trans-Cab Service operates Weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays as an extension of Route 44 when in service.

Detour of Route 44 - Rymal for Garner Rd, Shaver Road to Hamilton Drive
As a result of construction on Garner Road, Shaver Road to Hamilton Drive, Route 44 - Rymal will be on detour from Monday, October 21, 2024 to Friday, November 25, 2024.
- Westbound: From Garner Road and Fiddlers Green Road turning right on Fiddlers Green Road, left on Amberly Blvd, left on Wilson Street, left on Shaver Road, right on Garner Road and resume regular routing.
- Eastbound: From Garner Road and Shaver Road turning left on Shaver Road, right on Wilson Street, right on Amberly Blvd, right on Fiddlers Green Road, left on Book Road, left on Glancaster Road, right on Garner Road and resume regular routing.
Bishop Tonnos Shuttle Service
- Shuttles will operate daily from Monday, November 18 to Friday November 22, 2024, from approximately 7:30 am until 3:15 pm.
- Westbound and Eastbound from Garner Road and Fiddlers Green: Continue west on Garner Road, Right on Panabaker Drive to the roundabout and circle around and head back southbound on Panabaker Drive, left on Garner Road, left on Fiddlers Green, right on Garden Avenue, right on Anson Road, right on Garner Road to temporary recovery point on Garner Road east of Fiddlers Green.

Route 51 – University (Fall Schedule)
Travels east-west, from the Hamilton GO Centre to the West Hamilton Loop. Service on Route 51 will resume on Sunday, September 1, 2024. A University Special will operate on a Saturday frequency beginning Monday, August 26 until Saturday, August 31 for McMaster Orientation Week.
